President Trump, after twice petitioning the Supreme Court to allow him to stop some voters from having their votes counted (using the Post Office and then through some use of a "Federal Database"), claiming that he wanted to stop illegal voting, decided to "cut the shit," in his words, and "just ask them to let me shoot the bastards who won't vote the way I want."

The President is concerned that the Senate and House might point out that almost everything he does is actually barred by established laws and the Constitution should Democrats regain control of Congress.

Initially the President had decided to require that citizens sign a loyalty oath before allowing them to vote, but then decided to "cut out the middle man."

"This voting!' he said, while applying gold filigree to a Filet-o-fFsh sandwich under the Resolute Desk in the Oval Office. "This damn voting! So inconvenient!!,:" he muttered. "Why can't I just take these voters out and have them shot? Why can't I just do that? I have immunity! Just line them up on Fifth Avenue and let me at them."

The White House lawyers immediately went to work.
